Our RV is a 2014 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH (a little over 40′ long).  It has about 400 square feet of living space when all 4 slides are out.  There is a king size bed, washer and dryer, 1 and 1/2 baths, dishwasher, fire place, 4 TVs and a sleeper sofa (that we hear is pretty comfortable).  The driver and passenger seats swivel to add seating to the living room and there is also a recliner.  There are 3 air conditioners and we have a tankless hot water system for on-demand hot water.

We also spend a lot of time outside under the awning in our rocker lawn chairs relaxing and watching the outdoor TV.  When we were in the keys Richard set up an outdoor shower with hot water which is great!

We pull our 2014 Honda CRV behind the RV and get about 8 MPG (diesel fueled).
