Biscayne National Park, south of Homestead, FL is 95% water. We went to the visitors center and explored the shore a bit. To really see the Park you need to snorkel or dive but we decided to just enjoy the shoreline.

The Biscayne National Monument was formed in 1968 to save Biscayne Bay from development and construction of a deepwater seaport. In 1980 the National Park was formed. Apart from the visitor’s center its land and sea areas
